1. Campaign eligibility

The HappyMyTrip Launch Spin to Win campaign is intended for visitors who provide a valid Indian WhatsApp/mobile number. Eligibility may be limited to one successful coupon reservation per unique mobile number.

2. One benefit per number

Each eligible mobile number may claim the Spin to Win benefit only once. HappyMyTrip may decline or cancel duplicate, suspicious, automated or fraudulent claims.

3. Coupon values

Available launch coupon values may include ₹500, ₹750, ₹1,000, ₹1,500 and ₹2,000. The value awarded by the spin is determined by the campaign system and is displayed immediately after the spin.

4. Claim process

After the spin, the participant must provide the WhatsApp/mobile number they intend to use for the claim and accept these terms. The coupon is then recorded against that number. The participant may use the pre-filled WhatsApp action to contact HappyMyTrip and request redemption.

5. Redemption

The coupon is a promotional travel benefit and is subject to package eligibility, travel dates, availability, final quotation, and verification by the HappyMyTrip travel team. It is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred unless HappyMyTrip confirms otherwise in writing.

6. Verification and duplicate prevention

HappyMyTrip records the claim date/time, mobile number, coupon value, coupon code and campaign source for campaign administration and duplicate prevention. A number already recorded as having claimed the benefit will not be eligible for another launch coupon.

7. Changes or withdrawal

HappyMyTrip may change, suspend or end the campaign where reasonably required, including because of technical issues, misuse or campaign closure. Any already-recorded claim remains subject to verification and package eligibility.
